Banana Oats Smoothie

Enjoy this nutritious smoothie as your regular breakfast item. It's very easy to make, high in protein, calcium, and fiber, very filling and a lot of variations can be done to suit your taste!
Ingredients:
1 small cup of plain yogurt
2 small of 1 big banana
2 small cups of water
1/2 cup instant oats
1 tsp almond flakes
3-4 walnuts kernels
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp honey (optional)
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp dry ginger powder
Method:
Blend all the ingredients in the mixer and your big glass of super healthy smoothie is ready :) Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon powder on it if you like.
You can make this smoothie as per your liking. Add berries, almonds, cashews, seeds like chia seed or sunflower seed, dark chocolate, etc.
