Tapping from head to toe is a great way to energize every cell, increase blood circulation, and feel energetic throughout the day.
Tap your head with your hands or fingertips gently, on the front and back sides for 20 seconds
Tap your face with your hands or fingertips gently, on your full face for 20 seconds
Tap your neck on the front and back side for 20 seconds
Tap your arms for 10 seconds each
Tap your underarms for 10 seconds each
Tap your chest for 20 seconds
Tap your stomach and lower abdomen for 20 seconds
Tap your back for 20 seconds
Tap your sides where kidneys are present for 20 seconds
Tap your thighs and then lower legs on the front and back for 20 seconds each
Tap your feet on the front and back side for 10 seconds each
In addition to tapping, the following exercises can be done daily which involve pressing all the points on the palms and soles. These exercises help to reduce pain and stiffness, build flexibility and improve blood circulation in the body. Applying pressure on the palms and soles is a safe, risk-free therapy that can be done any time of the day anywhere.
Interlock fingers with force and release - repeat this for at least 20 seconds
Press all the points on the palms and fingers
Tap the hands on the sides for at least 20 seconds
Press the points on the sole with your fingers
Make a fist and hit on the palm for 20 seconds. Repeat with the other fist for 20 seconds
Rub the wrist clockwise for 20 seconds and repeat for the other wrist
Tap the inner side of wrists for at least 20 seconds
Clap your hands vigorously for at least a minute
