Following are some of the tips from my personal experience to keep the weight under control or even reduce it if followed properly -
Stick to a daily regime in terms of food and exercise. There’s no shortcut, it’s just about following it diligently and anyone can achieve the desired results.
Take it as a challenge, consistent hard work with a fitness regime and a healthy diet is needed. Do not fall for any easy route like so many ready-made options available to lose fat.
Eat only home-cooked food as much as possible. This is the best gift to the body one can give and the healthiest option one can think of, as the ingredients, proportion, and taste are all in your control and as per your needs. Doesn’t mean that you have to give up on outside food, once in a while is ok
Chew more. Chewing will make your mouth tired and the urge of overeating would disappear
1 tsp lemon juice in a glass of warm water first thing in the morning
1 or 2 cups of green tea without sugar any time before the evening
Early dinner with a gap of a minimum of 12 hours between dinner and breakfast to begin with and increasing this gap to 14-16 hours. Have only water during this fasting window
Eliminate refined sugar, fried, and junk food from the diet
Shift to healthy baking options. There are plenty of ways to do it
Drink plenty of water
Run, jog, or walk preferably 5 km daily, or jump rope 150 times 2-3 times a week
