It is very important to set up a daily routine. It does not require much time in planning out your daily tasks.
DAILY DIET PLANNER
Make a habit of eating healthy, in the right proportion, and add a variety of food to your diet. This is a general daily diet plan but will vary as per the medical condition of an individual. Eat right and stay fit.
DAILY ACTIVITY PLANNER
Morning
Keep at least an hour for your morning physical fitness routine. This could be yoga, walking, jogging, gym, playing sports, etc. And keep at least 5-10 minutes for meditation which helps immensely in keeping a healthy mental state.
Afternoon
Take breaks during work whenever possible. Drink water from time to time. Walk, and take the stairs whenever possible. Don't forget to smile or laugh during the day.
Make it a point to talk to at least one family member or a friend. This may seem unnecessary but this is an investment for your future. When you become old, you would have so many people in your network with whom you are connected, and who care about you. This would be the real wealth at that time. Start building the network now however busy your schedule is.
Do one good gesture, one small act of giving back, one small donation, or any act that makes you feel worth living as a good human being.
Night
After dinner, give the last couple of hours of the day to keep your worries aside and relax. That could be spending time with family or friends, watching TV, or anything that makes you feel relaxed. Do what you like to do. Spend this time on your hobby.
Make a note of what will be your tasks for the next day before going to bed. It helps in collecting your thoughts so you are mentally prepared to work on the tasks when you get up the next morning. Also, check whether you completed the tasks that you had planned for the day. If all are done, that's great else add the uncompleted tasks to the above list and sleep with a positive affirmation that you have more to achieve the next day. It's important not to think of anything negative when you are going to bed otherwise that thought lingers in your mind somewhere and disturbs your sleep.
