This video gives a brief overview of Panchamahabhutas and Tridoshas. Panchamahabhutas are 5 elements of nature: fire, air, space, earth, and water, and having properties of sight, touch, sound, smell, and taste respectively. The 3 doshas are also formed from these 5 elements: vata, pitta, and kapha. The imbalance of these doshas results in physical, mental, and emotional problems. These doshas can be balanced through diet, lifestyle changes, and yogic practices. One should follow Ayurveda clock and seasonal cycles as per the body type to maintain a balance in doshas and for overall well-being.
