Coriander buttermilk
Ingredients:
a small bunch of coriander
15-20 curry leaves
1/2 tsp grated ginger
250ml curd
250ml water
salt to taste
Method:
Wash coriander and curry leaves, thin stems of coriander can be kept. Blend them well with a little water.
Add the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend everything together.
Pour it into the glasses and serve.
