Mixed greens with apples, strawberries, ginger, and seeds make a healthy, refreshing drink.
Ingredients: (for 2 glasses of juice)
100 gm coriander leaves
few mint leaves
50 gm spinach leaves
50 gm red amaranthus leaves
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 or 2 apples
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
strawberries
2 glasses of water
salt to taste preferably black salt (optional)
Method: Discard the stem of the amaranthus and mint. Spinach and coriander stems can be retained as they don't change the taste of the juice. Wash all the greens well. The quantity of strawberries can be as per the liking. Chop the apple.
Blend the apple and strawberries first without using water.
Blend greens with ginger, seeds and water. Strain the greens with a strainer.
Mix the blended apple, and strawberries with the juice. Add salt if needed. Enjoy the healthy green juice!
