Coconut Laddoo

This a very quick and easy recipe that can be made in 5-10 minutes!
Ingredients:
2 cups desiccated coconut powder
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 cup desiccated coconut powder for coating
pistachio flakes for garnishing
a little ghee for greasing hands
Method:
Mix the coconut powder, condensed milk, and cardamom powder. Grease your palms with a little ghee and make laddoos. Take the remaining desiccated coconut powder on a plate and coat the laddoos. Garnish with pistachios.
