Ingredients:
300gm mixed seeds
Proportion:
watermelon, pumpkin, sunflower, flax, sesame - 60%
almond, cashews, and peanuts - 25%
soynuts - 15%
150ml organic pure date syrup
1 tsp ghee (optional)
Method:
Dry roast mixed seeds on a low flame until they get light brown. Add 1 tsp ghee. Let the seeds mix cool down.
Coarse grind this mixture in a grinder.
Add date syrup to the mixture and mix well.
Grease your palms with a little ghee so that the mixture does not stick to the palms and make round shape laddoos. Store in an airtight glass jar.
