Oats and banana pancake is a quick breakfast item that is healthy and a kids' favorite! It can be served as a dessert item too.

Ingredients:
4 cups instant oats
5 yelakki(small) bananas
2 cups warm milk
3 cups water
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp jaggery powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp almond flakes
2 tbsp raisins
A little ghee for brushing

Method:
Take instant oats and put the other ingredients in the mixer except for baking powder, vanilla essence, and nuts, and blend till the batter becomes smooth.

Add vanilla essence and mix.

Add baking powder, almonds, and raisins and mix well. You may add crushed walnuts too. Add a little more water if the consistency is too thick, though pancake batter would have a thick consistency.

On a flat pan, brush a little ghee and pour 2 ladles of batter. The batter won't spread much as it's thick in consistency. Make a round shape and let it cook for a minute on medium flame.

Flip and cook on the other side too. You may brush a little ghee on this side too.

Make all the pancakes similarly. Drizzle honey(optional), put almond flakes, and raisins, and serve!!
