Oats and Peanuts Laddoo

Ingredients:
2 cups oats
2 cups peanuts
1/2 cup jaggery powder
1/4 cup pure ghee
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Method:
Dry roast oats and peanuts separately on a slow flame till the aroma comes. Oats get roasted faster compared to peanuts. Let both cool and grind each into a fine powder separately in a mixer. Combine both and add jaggery powder, ghee, and cardamom powder. You can add more or less jaggery powder as per the sweetness needed. Mix well, grease hands with little ghee, and make laddoos.
If you want to avoid ghee, grind peanuts for more time so that it turns into a peanut butter-like consistency. You may need to add a little more oats. Add the remaining ingredients except ghee and make laddoos.
