Roasted Coconut Laddoo

Ingredients:
200gm desiccated coconut powder
200gm condensed milk
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Method:
Dry roast coconut powder on a low flame for a couple of minutes till it gets a light brown color. Let it cool down. Save 1 tbsp of this for coating later.
Mix condensed milk and cardamom powder.
Shape into round balls and coat the balls in the coconut powder by rolling/sprinkling them. Coconut ladoos are ready to serve. Refrigerate them for later use.
