This is a simple and healthy tea-time snack.

Ingredients:

1 big cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup melted jaggery
Water to knead the flour
A little ghee to spray

Method:
Melt jaggery on the gas in a pan, let it cool, and knead the flour with just enough water to make it into a soft dough. Alternatively, take jaggery powder and dissolve it in a little water that's just enough to knead the flour. You may add 1 tsp ghee while kneading the flour. Make small-sized balls. You can deep fry these balls but if you want to avoid deep frying, use an air fryer.

Brush ghee on these balls with a silicon brush. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius for a minute. Put the balls in the air fryer for 4 min at 180 degrees Celsius. Take out the basket, give it a shake at this stage, and brush a little ghee on the balls.

Keep for another 3 minutes at 200 degrees celsius.
The amount of time in the air fryer depends on the quantity of flour (size of the cup)
Healthy mini-sized balls are ready to go with tea. You can have it warm or cold.
