This is a healthy and wholesome sprouted green moong dal (green lentil) and masala oats chilla that can be made for breakfast or any meal. This chilla is rich in fiber, protein, and carbohydrates.

Method:

Grind all the ingredients (except oil, rice flour, and salt) with water into a fine batter to get dosa like consistency. Mix rice flour and salt.

On a flat pan, drizzle some oil and add a big ladle of this batter, and spread like a dosa. Cover with a lid and let it cook for about 20 seconds on a medium to high flame till it’s crispy and flip. Cook on the other side as well.

Serve with any chutney or tomato ketchup.
