Ingredients:
3-4 ragi rotis
4 tsp ghee
2 tsp white sesame seeds
1-2 tsp jaggery powder

This dish made with ragi (finger millets) rotis and sesame seeds is loaded with calcium and serves as a healthy and filling breakfast item!

Method:
Make ragi rotis first. Rotis need not be made fresh for this recipe. In fact, the previous day's rotis taste better. Break the rotis into big pieces with your hands, put them in the blender, and blend them into a coarse powder.

Add melted ghee, sesame seeds, and jaggery powder and mix. Note - You may warm the roti powder before adding other ingredients.
