Chickpeas Mango Salad

A healthy, filling, refreshing, colorful, and flavorful chickpeas salad is rich in protein and vitamins. The sweet flavor of mango and tangy lemon juice combined with the crunchy veggies makes it a great sweet-and-sour salad that can be served at parties too!
Ingredients:
1 big bowl of boiled chickpeas
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 yellow bell pepper chopped
1 cucumber chopped
1 avocado chopped
2 ripe mangoes chopped
crumbled or cubed feta cheese
1 tbsp chopped lettuce leaves
4 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
salt to taste
Method:
Mix all of the above ingredients well and serve. It can be prepared a few hours in advance and refrigerated but remember to add salt only when it's ready to serve. The choice and quantity of veggies and spices can be changed as per one's liking.
