This chutney can serve as a great condiment with starters and main course dishes.

Ingredients:

Method:

Remove the thick stems of the coriander leaves. The thin stems can be used. Wash it well. The chilies can be adjusted as per the spice level required. Add the above ingredients in a mixer with just enough water for the chutney to grind properly. Check it in between if the chutney is smooth and add a little water if it's thick. Always add less water in the beginning to avoid watery chutney. Water can be added later if it's thick. Squeeze a little lemon juice if you like. It can be stored in a glass jar in the refrigerator for later use.
