Cottage cheese and veggies salad

Ingredients:

100 gm fresh cottage cheese (paneer)

2 cucumbers

a small bunch of lettuce leaves

1 red tomato

1 red capsicum

Dressing:

4-5 walnuts crushed

2 tsp white sesame seeds toasted

2 tsp chia seeds

juice of 1 lemon

salt and black pepper powder to taste

2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp honey (optional)

Method:

Wash the veggies well and chop them into cubes. Roughly chop the lettuce. You may use any combination of veggies of your choice.

Add all the dressing ingredients. 

Mix well and serve a fresh, nutritious salad!
