Moong sprouts and beetroot salad

Ingredients:
2 cups sprouted moong dal
1 beetroot
1/2 lemon juice
coriander leaves for garnishing
salt to taste
Method:
Wash the beetroot well, peel the skin, and grate it. Chop some coriander leaves. Mix sprouts, beetroot, lemon juice, salt, and coriander leaves in a bowl. For later use, don't add the salt, you can add it during serving. Healthy and colorful salad is ready.
