Potato patties

Ingredients:

8 boiled potatoes

2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp dry mango powder

2 tsp chaat masala

salt to taste

1/2 tsp grated ginger

1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves

1 chopped green chili

100 gm corn flour powder

2 tbsp ghee

Method:

Mash the potatoes with a potato masher and add all the above ingredients. Mix well.

Shape into round patties. 

Put ghee on a flat pan and shallow fry the patties on a low flame on both sides till they turn golden and crispy. Add some more ghee when you flip the patties. 

Enjoy hot crispy patties(tikki) with coriander chutney!
