These rotis are made with just whole wheat flour and beetroot. Beetroot enriches the flavor, nutritious value, and color of rotis.

Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 medium grated beetroot
water to knead the dough

Method:
Mix the flour and beetroot. Add little water at a time and knead the dough such that the dough is neither hard nor soft. Divide the dough into equal portions, roll it into thin circles, and put on a flat pan for a few seconds, flip and cook directly on the flame till there are light brown spots on the roti. Adjust the flame as needed.

Enjoy the bright pink rotis with any veggies, or lentils, or use them for wraps.
