Moringa (drumstick) leaves are nutritious and used in a variety of ways. This is a simple recipe for flavored moringa roti that's healthy and easy to make.
Ingredients:
200 gm moringa (drumstick) leaves
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp salt
Water to knead
Method:
Moringa leaves
Add all the other ingredients except water. You may use spices/flavorings as per your liking
Pluck moringa leaves from the stems. Wash it well and chop it into small pieces. Add to the flour. Add water and knead the dough well
Divide the dough into equal portions, roll it into thin circles, and cook these half on a flat pan and half on the flame directly. Serve these rotis with any veggie or curry or use it for rolls
