Patties with leftover quinoa

Just add mashed boiled potatoes and some spices of your liking to the leftover quinoa and these patties are ready in no time.
Method:
Depending on the quantity of the leftover quinoa, add 1 or more mashed boiled potatoes, spices such as garam masala (allspice powder), chili sauce, cumin powder, or any other spice of your liking.
Add a little salt. Mix everything well, and shape it into round patties.
On a flat pan, brush a little olive/sesame oil and cook these patties on a medium flame till they get brown on both sides.
Corn flour/breadcrumbs/flour is optional, as potatoes act as a binder and taste good. Have it with coriander chutney or use it in burgers, sandwiches, or wraps!
