Papdi Chaat

A great snack item for parties that is ready in no time, doesn't require any cooking, and is always a hit. Just need to gather all the ingredients and assemble them!
Ingredients:
1 packet papdi
500gm thick curd
4-5 tbsp rock sugar (mishri) powder
1/2 pomegranate seeds
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp black salt powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
coriander leaves chopped
tamarind chutney to drizzle on top
coriander chutney to drizzle on top
Method:
Whisk the curd well, add rock sugar powder, and mix well again. Arrange papdi on a big shallow serving plate.
Just before serving, pour the sweetened curd over papdi such that it covers all the papdis. Add all the dry powders, pomegranate seeds, and coriander leaves. You can add more dry powders as per taste.
Drizzle tamarind chutney on top and serve. You can drizzle coriander chutney too or keep it separately so people can take it as per their liking.
